Wonwell class are learning about holidays this half term. To kick start their learning the children made passports on Monday. On Tuesday morning they arrived at school ready to board 'Mitchell airlines' to Italy, the home of      ice-cream!  Their passports were stamped, safety information given, seatbelts secured and off they went. We used film clips to show the children the cockpit and watched as an aeroplane went down the runway and up into the air, which was very exciting. We even had in flight snacks.
