As part of their 'Moon Zoom' topic, Wonwell class have been making rockets in Science. They used their scientific skills to explain and justify their thinking. For example, 'If the rocket is shorter, it will go higher!', 'You have to keep the end closed so the air doesn't escape!' The children made and tested their rockets and discussed what was happening and what they would change next time to make it even better. Our next lesson will build on this learning and involve plastic bottles to make the rockets​​​ move.
