Bonfire Forest School

Our November forest adventures began with a bang that the wet weather could not dampen.

The wet leaves made our mudslide more exciting than normal. Children then had to be super brave and trusting as they were led blindfolded around the trail with just a rope to hang on to. This was followed by mini beast hunts in four different areas after which the children made more bug hotels, based on the one we have built at the school. Finally, everyone warmed up by cooking bread on the open fire which was washed down with the traditional hot chocolate. Lots of patience and perseverance was practised today. Well done Wonwell class.
