This afternoon, Mothecombe have been learning about their science topics outside. Year 5/6 explored their new topic of 'properties of materials'. We gathered a variety of different materials (ranging from soggy leaves, water, squelchy mud and grass), blindfolded each other and described how it felt under our bare feet!

Year 3/4 were exploring sound. After going to different areas of the playground to listen, they created soundscapes using a range of natural materials and percussion instruments!
